231 Model

To emphasize the importance of ethical and value-driven relationships with customers, collaborators, local communities, and suppliers, and to promote a culture of transparency and integrity, TER has adopted the Organization and Management Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001. This model fully reflects the daily practices of the company’s governance and all collaborators.

Code of ethics

Since 2021, TER has adopted a Corporate Code of Ethics to clearly and unequivocally define the principles that must be adhered to by all individuals who represent, administer or manage the company, as well as employees, collaborators, and anyone else interacting with us, including clients, business partners, suppliers, consultants, institutions, and public bodies.

CODE OF ETHICS

Whistleblowing

The Whistleblowing, or reporting an alleged wrongdoing, refers to the act of reporting by an individual who, within the workplace, becomes aware of violations of national or European Union regulations that harm public interest or the integrity of public administration or private entities (Legislative Decree 24/2023).

In compliance with current regulations, TER has implemented a procedure that outlines the general criteria, operating methods, and responsibilities associated with whistleblowing.

Legality rating

The legality rating is a composite indicator of compliance with high standards of legality. It is a reward system for companies that adhere to the law and align their organization and business activities, with the aim of increasing market security and competitiveness.

In accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 1, of the Regulation adopted by the Italian Competition Authority, on June 13, 2023, TER was awarded the Legality Rating with the score: ★ ★ ++.
