Founded in 1962 by Sergio Blasi, TER successfully entered the emerging sector of control devices for industrial lifting machines. Starting in the 1970s, the company began its progressive internationalization, with its first exports to Spain.
In the 1980s, TER ventured into new sectors, such as wind energy, focusing on innovative products that integrated mechanics and electronics..
In 2022, TER celebrated its first sixty years of industrial history, strengthening its commitment to innovation and tackling the new challenges of an ever-evolving market with determination. This is achieved through the strategic transition from family management to a more managerial approach, while ensuring the continuity of its core values and the active presence of the founding family.

Leaning on certified external laboratories, some products have successfully passed the HALT Test (Highly Accelerated Life Test) to assess their robustness and determine their actual operational limits.
