231 Model update: complete!

TER aims to promote and consolidate a culture of transparency and ethical-business integrity and ensure fairness both in conducting business and carrying out corporate activities.
That’s the reason why, already in 2016, it adopted the Organizational and Management Model according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which includes a set of corporate procedures to prevent offenses for which the company could be held administratively responsible.
Within the MOGC, there is a procedure for reporting alleged misconduct, the "Whistleblowing", which TER revised and updated at the end of 2023, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023.
On February 27th and 28th, 2024, Roberto Pireddu and Antonella Ferrari from Aspera231 presented the updates on the topic to the employees of TER, thanks to a comprehensive overview of the MOGC and its key functions.
