Training is confirmed to be as a core value for TER, aiming at the enhancement and growth of its Human Resources.

That’s the reason why, after the success of the training meetings held in October and November 2023, TER organized further ones during the month of December 2023, this time about a general overview on use of Excel.

Two groups of employees of about 15 people followed with interest the 6 hour course and explored some of the most used functions of the program, including

- cell and conditional formatting,
- layout and print areas,
- removal of duplicates,
- dividing the text into columns,
- use of filters,
- table formatting,
- use of “copy and paste”,
- relative, absolute, and mixed references,
- the functions “sum”, “if”, “count.if”, “contac.cat”, “compare”, “vloookup”, “xlookup”,
- keyboard shortcuts,
- pivot tables and graphs.

Participation, attention, and interest accompanied all participants during both days of the course. There was no shortage of questions and requests for clarification, which led to the creation and release of a written guide summarizing all the topics covered.
